You can add a slip-on cuff to any ladies' size custom made dress or blouse.

This is a cuff with no buttons, so is loose enough to get on/off over your hands. If you want to give an exact finished measurement for the cuff, please do so in the custom notes box when you check out.

If you order an item with short hemmed sleeves, we can make a short sleeve cuff for you. If the item you order has 3/4 sleeves, we will make it 3/4 sleeve cuff, and if your sleeve is long, we will make a cuff on long sleeves.

If you want a fuller sleeve with more gathers on the cuff, make sure you have order an elastic ruffle sleeve style which is fuller, then add this item to your cart for that.
