Classic button front dress in cotton fabrics with a gathered skirt and your choice of sleeves (hemmed or elastic ruffle) to make the short sleeves into long sleeves, please add that to your cart here. New option on sleeves--you can request upon checkout to have the elastic enclosed in a casing instead of the elastic ruffle if you order that option. See sample shown in the Wisteria Blossoms dress.
