I went on a pilgrimage tour of French shrines this summer and needed skirts that were modest, comfortable for walking, and easy to launder. After getting help and advice from customer support, I decided on a slightly fuller A-line, so I ordered one size up with custom waist (eg XL A-line skirt with size L waist) and a custom length of 31 inches. The extra fullness made them excellent for walking (3-7 miles a day). The length made them appropriate to wear in the churches we visited. Moreover, they dried in a few hours after I washed by hand and used a microfiber bath towel to absorb the extra moisture. That last was very convenient, as we often changed hotels every day. Back home now, I’ve ordered more skirts in different fabrics.

I really like this style with my pear shaped figure type. It's small waistline and A line hip are figure flattering for me.
